Roxane M. Guerrero
Dallas/Fort Worth attorney Roxane M. Guerrero helps people throughout north and central Texas who have been injured or lost a loved one in an automobile or truck accident or workplace injury. Ms. Guerrero handles both personal injury and wrongful death cases involving car and truck collisions, and on-the-job injuries involving non-subscriber liability or third party liability. Ms. Guerrero is also a court-certified mediator who is qualified and experienced in mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). In addition to her litigation and ADR experience, Ms. Guerrero is frequently called upon to serve as a guardian ad litem to represent the interests of minor children involved in personal injury cases.
Ms. Guerrero received her law degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, where she was a National Hispanic Scholar and a W.J. McGowan scholarship recipient.
